Excellent Gastroenterologist!
Dr. Hoang performed my last Colonoscopy and Endoscopy. His explanations before and after the procedure were very straight forward and he took the time to answer all of my questions. The procedures went very well and his follow-up office visit was also well done. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr.Hoang does not listen to his patients. He is rushed and does not take the time to answer any questions. Instead of listening to what you need, he does as he pleases. Worst office I have ever been to and will not recommend to my worst enemy. If you leave a message, they don’t call back within 24-48 hours. He doesn’t show any compassion or concern towards his patients. If he did he would listen to what they have to say instead of talking over them. He does not care about your well-being.

Dr. Hoang is a really good doctor. He is caring and pays attention. The clinic he is in is the problem. It is hard to reach them if you have a question or to schedule an appointment. The staff is good but the ability to contact is the problem. Dr. Hoang cares about his patients. When he called me with the news that my biopsy tested positive for cancer, I could hear that he cared and was concerned that I was alone.

During a scheduled colonoscopy my blood pressure was extremely high he showed no concern, after procedure still very high still no concern ended up in ER for depleted potassium from prep... He was aware that I had already been dehydrated but continued. Nurses seem angry when you leave a message for results that supposed to be STAT and make excuses that they have not received them when in fact technologist was sending as they were taking images. Too hurried non compassionate at this office.
