Helped with my issue
Office got me in quickly and my wait was short to see the doctor. I had swelling and itching on my arm. Diagnosed as a bee bite and I was given a tetanus shot and a prescription for an anti-biotic. His explanations were clear and he was friendly.

Very rude
Dr Goldberg has no bedside manner. He just rushes through patients. Did not explain my condition to me and had a very bad attitude. It was very uncomfortable for me.

Dr. Goldberg was far and away the most unprofessional, uncaring, unintelligent excuse for a "doctor" I have ever encountered. He made my injury worse with his extreme roughness. When I asked him to stop during examination because the pain was too intense, he ignored me, continued to bend, twist and pull the injury until I physically had to push away from him. He then legitimately yelled in a loud voice at me for being in severe pain, interrupting him while he was yelling and stormed out of the room. This individual should not be practicing medicine, is a disgrace to the healthcare profession. He has many 1 star reviews and that is very much deserved. Zero stars would be a more accurate description but unfortunately, that's not an option.

I've been a patient of dr. Goldberg for over 15 years. I believe if you don't trust your doctor you shouldn't go to them. I trust dr. Goldberg and his staff more than I have other doctors I have used in the past. They are professional they are very good at what they do. Also they get to know who you are which is very important because a doctor who knows who you are in my opinion has more compassion than just going into a doctor's office where you may see the same doctor twice in a year. I highly recommend dr. Goldberg and his staff at Access Medical

A) he wore a mask but it didn’t cover his nose B) he has no bedside manner, seemed agitated that I would be asking for information about an immune disorder, and was lacking in empathy “so you get sick? So what!” C) his office staff lost records of calls and appointments

My experience was not good. This doctor has a horrible attitude, very condescending, no bedside manner, in a rush to get you out, never calls when needed, and a host of other issues. He prescribed a medication for me and three days later I broke out in black and blue all over my body. I called in to get the medication changed and he never called back. That was in November 2019. Nothing good to say about him at all.

Wish I could give him a zero. Incompatant, rude and condescending. I’d go to my local vet before I ever saw him again. Acts like he’s doing you a favor just having a conversation with you. (Actually, not much of a conversation since he constantly interrupts anything you try and tell him.) He didn’t help at all.

I would never recommend anyone to this practice or to Dr Goldberg. My daughter tripped and split her forehead open last week. When I rushed into access medical, covered in her blood, carrying her profusely bleeding I was told 'we are too busy' it will be AT LEAST an hour wait. I looked at the receptionist and Dr Goldberg in astonishment and said 'do I look like I have an hour to wait?!'. No one offered to help or even look at her to help me stop the bleeding to safely get her to an ER. AWFUL

For an ear ache visit my mom was charged for 2 visits (one for the actual problem at $100, and another one for a new patient visit at $170). She waited for 1 hr. to be seen. Dr Goldberg prescribed the most expensive med (Cipro at $225) and I had to call twice to have him prescribe a cheaper med that I recommended and which was only less than $50. Awful!

I went for a pre-op ex which included an EKG. I was told that it was abnormal and I had to see a cardiologist. When I asked what type of abnormality was found, I was told "I don't have the time to explain it. Talk to your cardiologist. I saw the cardiologist 2 days later and a repeat EKG was normal. The cardiologist said that the only way that access got the results they did was if the leafs were incorrectly placed. I have been calling for three days to get blood test results to no avail.
