Terrible
She's been late each time we have telehealth visits, she gives unsolicited advice for things that don't directly pertain to my needs, she doesn't listen, she's apathetic, I honestly don't know why she holds this profession. She has client openings for a reason, stay away, it's not worth your time or money, she's late by 10 min every time for 9 min meetings.

Dr. A has helped me manage extreme anxiety and depression through some major hormonal and life changes. She is extremely knowledgable and compassionate. She has been such a blessing. I'm not sure I would have made it through without her help. I would gladly recommend her to friends and family.

She did great when it came to me and hearing me out. The meds I needed prescribed or what she prescribed I should say worked wonders for me. The first time we met was through telemed so I didn't know what to think. But I was open and honest as well as she and couldn't recommend a more thoughtful professional respectable psychiatrist.

she refused to listen to me when i was explaining my symptoms, and on multiple occasions would tell me that they weren't important. by the second appointment she had me in tears because of her coldness and bitter view of my mental health.

On many occasions, I was expected to wait between 45 minutes and 1 hour beyond my appointment time to meet with Dr. A. On the occasions when I was 15 minutes late due to rush-hour traffic (even if I called from the road to inform the front desk), Dr. A canceled my appointment. It's unclear how she built up such long delays in her schedule, if this was her policy on late arrivals. The care she provided was mediocre to poor. She was kind enough, but her insights were nothing I couldn't have gleaned from a Google search. At times, her advice was suspect. More than once, when I shared Dr. A's comments with my long-time psychologist -- someone who specializes in my condition -- she expressed concern. While I can only speak to the care offered by Dr. A, the PAKC office is a very unpleasant place to visit. The front desk staff seemed constantly exasperated; I often wondered if they were being mistreated. Overall, I would not recommend Dr. A or the PAKC office.

She has been a good fit for me. She will formulate a medication plan but is very open to feedback and making adjustments based on my concerns about side effects. I wish her appointment times were longer than 15 minutes and that she didn’t type on the computer as much during the appointment, but this is an issue for the entire medical system, not her personally.

Hands down worst experience with a doctor I have ever had. Seemed to have a "treatment plan" in mind before even hearing my symptoms. She prescribed medication within 5 minutes of meeting me before I even handed her the provided checklist/survey. Came off extremely cold and VERY judgmental. Told me multiple times she'd recommend council but always rushed me out before actually doing so. I'm just now finding out that she filed insurance claims about things I believed I was telling her in confidence. I would not trust her. Genuinely did not seem to care about me or my issues. Extremely disappointed in the level of care I was provided. Would not recommend to anyone, for anything.

I moved to KS a year ago for treatment for my eating disorder and haven’t had medical insurance since my move. I was on a med regimen that was helping before I moved and while it didn’t solve everything, it was the best I’ve been on and making it so I could at least function. Since moving and not having insurance I ran out of my meds and had to go off them cold turkey. It was not a fun experience. I finally got insurance as of the start of the year and was excited to try to get back on my meds. I asked the treatment program I was in last year for a referral and was referred to Dr A. I was surprised I was able to get in so fast but thankful and optimistic. I went today prepared with discharge summaries from previous treatment stays that showed my meds and their doses, and my corresponding diagnosis. She refused to look at it because it was “not relevant”. She asked what my diagnosis are, and I told her what they are and she interrupted me at PTSD, “PTSD from...?”. I had just met this

My first appointment with her will definitely be my last. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a healthcare practitioner. She was arrogant, dismissive and acted as though I was fabricating my symptoms. I felt so defeated. Afterwards, I just sat in the parking lot and cried.

Absolutely horrific. Refused to listen to problems with medication side effects, wouldn’t return calls after there was an emergency problem with the ECT she performed on my daughter. Three years later, we’re still dealing with her fraudulent billing.

Her “assistant” takes over a week to respond to a prescription refill request. And most times finds a reason to deny the request. Dr. Aznaurova required me to schedule appointments every 6 weeks for no apparent reason than to pad her a wallet. Avoid her.

Dr. Aznaurova has been an amazing psychiatrist for me and is very informative and knowledgeable on a variety of medications and treatment options. She does have an accent but had always been more than willing to clarify what she is saying and has always understood me and my needs. English not being her first language has been anything but an issue. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a straight forward provider who knows what she is doing.

Dr. Aznaurova has a very kind and compassionate demeanor. She has adjusted my medications with care and is always willing to hear troubles and offer appropriate guidance. She takes a more holistic approach than many other physicians/psychiatrists, and I really like that. Very talented in medication management. She is very timely in seeing patients--there is very little wait time for appointments. Also, the office has been updated recently (summer/fall 2016) so it has a more open feel.

She kept saying "mhhm" over me. I felt as if she did not listen to a word I said. She gave me a very high dosage of medicine that was to be taken at bedtime and I felt it did not work, so I split up the dosage 1 in the morning and 1 at night. I did not feel as if she was sincere. I paid a ton of money to see her and ended up not going back.
