Terrible Experience at a time when I needed CARE!
This visit was in 2022 at the valley ER. It’s been quite some time between the visit and this review. I’ve been occupied with extensive recovery & from an extremely debilitating back injury. Which is why I had to go to the ER in April of 2022. I felt like my spine was going to collapse. That is the only way I could describe the intensity of my pain. In excruciating pain I was met with Mudgistratova who was extremely dismissive, short & took none of my symptoms seriously. She surmised that I was only there to get hard prescriptions & gave me acetaminophen & told to stretch. I was dismissed, no mri, nothing, even though I could barely stand. My condition worsened… a lot. I ended up needing EMERGENCY SPINE SURGERY THAT AUGUST, after being admitted to the ER. Thank God those Drs DID THEIR JOB, & took my condition seriously and helped me! As a black woman, your pain is often dismissed in the US health care system which is dangerous & potentially deadly. PUT CARE BACK IN HEALTH CARE!!!
