Dr. Barnes called me with some test results. During the call she made it very clear to me that I asked far too many questions during our seven minute phone call. This was interesting as she gave me conflicting results at around minute four. I naturally had questions, but she was not happy about answering them. I would have appreciated it if she made her position clear at the beginning of the call instead of her exasperated and rude tone when telling me to make an appointment to go over results.
