GUEVARRA wellness physicals feels like you are receiving a wellness hug from her. She is very thorough and her support staff are efficient. State of the art doctor to patients communication systems

First of all, this is my first visit and I will never be coming back the nurse's assistant did not know what maternal meant, so that's one then I called back to ask a question about the patient portal and was rudely hung up on after I tried to make an appointment called back and was told I can't make an appointment but was given no explanation and have now been on hold for one hour NEVER GO HER ALSO GOT STREP THROAT FROM WATING AREA

My teenage son was recently diagnosed with COVID-19 and he has an extensive medical history. He has only been to see Dr. Guevara once for a check up, as she is his new physician, but after testing positive and urgent care not really doing much other than testing him and prescribing Flonase we gave her office a call. The urgent care was told about his complex medical history but to no avail. Dr. Guevara and her staff got on things the same day I called. Due to his complex pulmonary past she put together a treatment plan for him. She also laid out indications for us to either get in touch with her again or if a trip to the ER was necessary. We really couldn’t ask for a better experience. I think she accurately assessed the situation and gave it her full attention.

I left her office feeling angry and completely dissatisfied, this woman has no business dealing with patients, she's just a disgusting human being.

I have been there for several times in the past three years. They are professional especially the doctor and nurses. The attitude of the cashier is not very good but acceptable.

The wait time , an unprofessional scheduling habits over shadow the fact that "she " is a good doctor . Constantly being told that the doctor is over booked , an or that the other doctor who shares building is using "the same rooms " so they have To juggle patients an wait till rooms open . For being a patient an having all my children an my husband with this doctor , I am still forced to wait ! An hours for an apt even when I show up 30-45 min early ! #notcool

Some of her staff are a little less than professional. I have had to call several times to get prescriptions filled or lab requests sent over. But there has been improvement. Dr Guevarra is a bit blunt, but she is honest and explains things pretty thoroughly. I appreciate her straight forward manner.

She gets no stars!!!! Absolutely the worst office we have ever been in! From her bedside manner to the way the office is ran! This place is a joke! Has no clue about new medical problems such as Psoriasis or psoriatic arthritis. She will judge you and embarrass you! Diagnosed with high blood pressure can't get meds except a 14 day supply at a time. I have to call and through a fit to get medication for blood pressure! Blood pressure! Not narcotics! But blood pressure medication.
