Dr. Lloyd Braemer, MD

I’m throughly impressed with Dr. Braemer. He explains everything, and teaches me something new every time I go in. My 1 year old had his elbow joint slide out of place.. (I know I’m explaining this wrong).. and he had me meet him at 6:30am when he was having coffee with friends to pop it back in. He also taught me how to fix it if it happens again. I’d recommend him and his team to anyone.

We love Dr. Braemer. He always explains everything so well. My kids are so comfortable with him. He used a new techniques when circumcising my son and it was amazing! No upkeep, no crying, after about a week the “wheel” fell off and we had great results. I cannot recommend him enough.

Dr. Braemer is an excellent pediatrician. His approach to medicine is incredible because he empowers us with information so we can make good decisions for our son. As first-time parents he is helping us navigate the many unknowns and set our minds and hearts at ease with his trustworthy knowledge and expertise. He is everything we could imagine from a trusted medical professional.

Friendly and energetic! Did an amazing job circumcising our son and was able to get it done while we were still in the hospital. Listens to all our concerns and questions without judgement.

We love Dr. Braemer. He is very intelligent, highly knowledgeable, and good at what he does. I trust him completely with my 3 small children. Some people on here have mentioned they don't like his bedside manner; I personally really like his demeanor. I find him entertaining and enjoy all of his anecdotes, jokes, and stories. I highly recommend him.

It is never ok for a doctor to not listen to a mother or to talk down to her. Bedside manner should always be respect.

Looking at the reviews here as well as my own experience, I have no idea why Mr. Braemer is rated as four stars. He's a terrible doctor. I'm a former patient of his office, and he misdiagnosed me twice. He also was completely oblivious to symptoms of another (far worse) medical problem. I do not recommend him in any medical capacity.

I did not have a positive experience with Dr. Bramer. Upon seeing him for my sons 6 month eval Dr. Bramer lacked bedside manner, clinical competence and emotional intelligence. He failed to perform a full head to toe assessment on my son - he did not listen to his heart or lungs or bowel sounds,, I don’t even believe he wore a stethoscope in the room. He offered no time for questions, or guided information about milestones. Thankfully I am an RN and stay well informed on my child’s wellness but I thought Dr. Bramer was an absolute joke. My family had plans to do some international travel and I asked his thoughts regarding the coronavirus; he laughed and says “oh there’s a cure, Lyme disease,” thinking he was cute but in actuality just lost a patient and respect. I understand he was trying to be silly but never offered any helpful advice or support. I’d strongly advise finding another pediatrician unless you’re okay with less than average care for your child.

Have been going to Dr. Braemer for all of my children. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in his area of expertise. My one year old was recently very ill and we were worried. He was confident he knew what to do. So we put our trust in him. I feel so thankful for such a wonderful Dr. to have fixed her.

Dr. Braemer has been my son's pediatrician since birth. He is super knowledgeable, smart, witty and very relatable. Also his office staff are friendly and professional. The office is always clean and comfortable. Thanks Doc!

Dr. Braemer is one of the most knowledgable doctors in town. We definitely feel confident with his advice and treatments than compared to the last two pediatricians we were with. He was always available for the emergency phone call when our little one with down sick, we are very thankful! highly recommend

Dr. Braemer has been our Pediatrician for over three years for both of our children. We can always get an appointment wit no problem. My favorite part of Dr. Braemer is that he doesn't BS you with stuff. He's to the point on subjects. I believe some people could be put off by it, but it's what I like the the most. What he recommends is usually backed by science and isn't about all the fluff. I would definitely recommend him.

He is compassionate pediatrician and all my 4 kids love him. He listens to all concerns of the parents. Thank you so much Dr. Braemer!

Dr. Braemer has been my family's pediatrician for about seven years. He is easily available for his patients on call after hours and weekends. The office staff has always accommodated us to be seen when my kids are sick. Dr. Braemer focuses on educating the parent on the child's needs. He has always been there for us in our times of need. He listens to us and answers all our questions. I find comfort in knowing that my children are in great hands of an excellent medical professional.

My child went to this doctor and I was very concerned by his aggressive behavior towards my son. My son has severe ADHD and is extremely frightened about having his ears looked at with ear instrument. He forced, held my son and was forcefully going to put the instrument in his ear and I stepped in and stopped him immediately. He told me I probably should not come back here and I told him I definitely would not be back, as I would never put my son through that kind of behavior again.

Dr. Braemer and his staff are amazing! Always have room for a sick kid, very knowledgeable and helpful with teaching and doesn’t want to just pass out antibiotics for no reason. I feel blessed to have such a great pediatrician and confident we are in excellent hands!

Dr. Braemer and his office staff are amazing! They get us an office visit whenever we need it and see both of our children promptly. Dr. Braemer explains everything in a way that we can understand and does not over medicate our children. He's taken my worried phone calls on Sunday and Saturday nights, spoke directly with the ER doctors when we took our son in over a weekend and called in an immediate blood test for our newborn daughter when we were worried she had jaundice.

Dr. Braemer is very personable, his interactions with his patients is professional but warm and welcoming. We transferred our kids to his practice a few years ago after a not so good experience with another pediatrician in town and it was the best move we ever made! We love his staff too, Marsha and Teresa are the best! It's comforting to know that any concern we have is taken seriously with great insight and care. Thank you Dr. Braemer and staff!
