Good experience with doctor, but high costs
Very friendly and took her time to properly assess my issue. Cost of orthotics is very expensive (out of pocket) compared to other locations I have contacted since my visit. My biggest issue was that she did an athletic tape job of my foot for temporary relieve, but I was billed as if it was a surgical procedure and had to dispute it with the billing department before they lowered the price. This caused me to lose trust in going back to her unfortunately.

My experience with Dr. Saviano was great. She spent time with me explaining my issues and taking the time to discuss treatment options. She performed surgery on me and I am pleased with the results. I have felt so insecure when I would wear sandals and now I am in LOVEEE with my feet and want to show them off. Super clean and super modern office. Kind staff. I recommend everyone to see her!

The orthotics that I received from Saviano's predessor were wearing out, so I expected that I needed new ones. Saviano measured and reordered 3 times and never got it right, but charged me $875 and wasted a great deal of my time. I gave up on her. Next, I went to a doctor at Northwestern, who solved it easily and inexpensively. She sent my old orthotics to a lab to be re-covered. They work great. That cost me $65 ($45 for the office visit & $20 for the work).

Nice, clean office, friendly front desk. Dr. Saviano took a lot of time to listen and thoroughly assessed my daughter's situation. She was incredibly knowledgable and helpful.
