Dr. Liwen Tao, DDS

I had a pleasant and positive experience with Dr Tao. She was able to spot an additional abscess needing a new root canal procedure that my dentist office did not spot on their XRay. The office staff was very friendly and efficient and there was little, if any, time sitting around in the waiting room to get called back. That's impressive when everyone's time is short and valuable. All procedures done were pain free and I was done in less time than I was expecting. I would highly recommend Dr Tao for anyone needing any root canal procedure.

Dr. TAO is a true professional. My husband a I had excessive work done. She has done an outstanding job, but her honesty is unfound. We received checks refunding us $$$ after she had completed the job. I called her office to see if it was a mistake, the explanation was, cause the ins. have paid her more than estimated. I praise Dr. Tao for her work and honesty, hard to find nowadays. Her staff is very prompt with any questions while treating us with respect. We'd be happy to recommend Dr. Tao

Excellent service and experience

Excellent care with both physicians. I have had root canals with both doctors and extreme care was given by both with immediate treatment.

I was very impressed with Dr. Tao and the office staff. I called that morning and they got me in at 1:00. Dr.Tao was very efficient working between several patients and I was done at 2:15. I was even given her cell phone number in case there was any problems. I highly recommend Dr.Tao.

Dr. Tao performed two root canals on me and, in both instances, the end results were amazing. I felt very little discomfort even by day two. Both of her hygienists, LeeAnne and Carolina, were very patient and compassionate in trying to also make this experience a good one for me. I felt like the entire team from the front end of the office to the doctor, herself, made sure I received the best care. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Tao is a wonderful Endodontist! She explains exactly what she will do and then proceeds to do it , keeping you informed all the way. She makes sure there is no pain also. I was so relaxed and comfortable the whole time. I am thankful she is such a skillful dentist! Pat Boris

No more jokes abut root canals. 45 minutes and I was done. Haven't had one in many years so I had some anxiety. I was surprised at how little discomfort was involved. Like having a small filling taken care of. Friendly staff, efficient, pleasant surroundings, very professional. Dr. Tao called me the next day to see how I was doing. Happy to report all was well. It was my first experience with Dr. Tao and, I loved it. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, careful, and she explain everything about your procedures. They have friendly staffs. Also, they have a very clean place, what make me feel comfortable and secure.

My experience although not something I would have wanted to do was great. Dr. Tao and her team are nothing short of kind and caring. I would not think twice about recommending her to anyone. Plus a bonus you can watch movies while you are having your work done.

Charged $330 for same service that clinic charged $59 for. This is 5x for very same consult and x-rays. Clinic sent x-rays but Dr. Tao repeated. Clinic showed 360 degree MRI but Dr. Tao did not. Maybe they didn't even do it so I don't know for sure since they didn't show me. They had me sign that I would pay that day and state payment method right before they did the expensive 360 degree MRI but not for regular x-ray. When we paid they first charged $410. When my husband questioned receptionist
