Not the doctor for me
I waited an hour to be seen & then I was not treated or referred to another doctor. No one followed up with me after being seen & I ended up going to TGH& finding a much better doctor

You really have to advocate for good health care here . She provides medication without doing any tests. I’m still in pain weeks after my visit , I tried calling the office and was told she would call back but she never called back .

Love this office. Dr. Suarez is very caring, attentive and professional. Other physicians spend 15 minutes and move you out. She spends time with me and asks questions. Her staff matches her professionalism and friendly personality. So glad to find them.

I have always been able to talk to the doctor and get my problems resolved. Coming here is like dealing with trusted family. Would not consider changing doctor. I love Dr. Suarez.

This is my fourth visit with Dr.Suarez, I am very happy to have her as my primary care doctor. I had been following her instructions and I am feeling much better Love her!!!

Terrible! Highly Over Medicated me and in addition, I was allergic to the drugs. I became why more sick from all drugs and called their emergency number which had a full voice mail. I called the sister clinic who told me they would have the On Call Doctor call me, he never called. I called and spoke with the nurse practitioner who said she would have the doctor call me the next day, she never called. This Doctor is only in it for the money and does not care one bit about the patients!

After replacing Dr. Dulucia who retired, she ignored my past 20 years of medical history with him & wanted to change all of my medications. Prescriptions required several phone calls to initiate their issuance... to no avail. When my husband saw her, she refused to give him the scripts he has been on for years, she provided samples rather than his regularly prescribed medications. Rather than stay with this unreliable situation, my husband & I opted to find another physician. Stay away!

She replaced my doctor after 26 years of seeing my doctor when I first saw her she wanted to change all of his thoughts. She wanted to redo my medical history. She did not care what I had to say. Talking over me. She has no people skills. And the office is nothing but a bunch of young people talking about their social lives. Will never go back there again.

We had contacted the office and requested a refill on a medication. We were informed that, even though we had been there within the last two months, we would need an appointment. We asked to receive a return call so that we could discuss this with the doctor. We never received the return call. Not receiving a return phone call tells us that we are not important as a patient and that the doctor does not care about the patient's well being and health.
