Not a good experience. Prescribed me an anxiety medication that was 500 out of pocket and 400 with insurance and deductible met.. I have BCBS PPO. To even find that out, I had to contact Rush repeatedly for two weeks to get the prescription authorized, after being told it was delayed for two weeks. Then they send my medical records to somewhere in North Carolina, when I live in Chicago, so I then had to work with them to get them destroyed... Went in for anxiety relief, and all I received was a ton of wasted time, a bill, and more stress... so happy I went in.

Dr Ravindra is amazing. She always takes time to listen to my concerns and discusses things with me at length. She explains everything she will be doing during an exam which puts me at ease. I couldn't recommend her enough!

Dr. Ravindra is a treasure. After over a decade of bouncing from city to city and doctor to doctor, I've been lucky enough to be under the care of Dr. Ravindra-- hands down the best. Extremely knowledgable, thorough, and kind; a consummate, trustworthy professional. Dr. Ravindra listens exceptionally well and has recurrently exhibited holistic, thoughtful feedback and treatment. As empathetic, honest, and brilliant of a doctor there as. She cares.
