I had 3 babies under the care of Dr. Packard. It was a very good experience. She was always very approachable and knowledgeable. Always answered my questions thoroughly.

I had been seeing Dr. Packard for my Obgyn needs when I lived in the Bay Area, but things took a downward spiral with her right before I moved. Because I have a lean case of PCOS and amenorrhea, I decided to seek some fertility treatment with her because the waiting list to see a fertility specialist was a couple of months wait during this covid period. She started me at 2.5mg of Letrozole on CD 3-7. On CD 14, I went in for an ultrasound to check progress of my ovaries. Her colleague, who repeatedly kept telling me that she wasn't too familiar with this process, was the one to perform the ultrasound since Dr. Packard was not available that day. During the ultrasound, her colleague said that it did not look like the 2.5mg triggered any stimulation on my ovaries but that she would have Dr. Packard look over the findings to confirm. Dr. Packard is caring and attentive. She is fairly cautious and often requests further tests and exams when things don't look quite right. I had a smooth pregnancy thanks to her diligence and hard work.

I had a great experience all the way through scheduling (prompt!) to post appointment follow up. Dr. Packard took time to listen and understand my symptoms and was able to pinpoint my problem and provided an immediate solution. I found her to be professional yet approachable, and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely return to her for care and highly recommend her to others.

Lisa Packard was gossiping with others while doing my C section operation, pay little attention with my operation. I swear with my life, she is irresponsible, and cold blood. Never choose her if you don't want a nightmare on your baby delivery.

Very bad experience with her. Very rush in appointment, not enough information provided, not a good listener, rude in examine, speak in a very fast and unpleasant way no matter if the patients get it or not. Doesn't show interest in helping patients. Could rate ZERO on her if there's an option. Stay away from her.
