She is the best doctor. I’m in my 60s so I’ve been to several. She is the most knowledgeable and most caring doctor. I wish she didn’t retire. I haven’t found a good replacement. God bless you Dr Lisa Marx.

Office closed when my husband showed up for appointment with no call or notice. Wait time has exceeded 2 hours and doctors are like a revolving door. Office contracted out my insurance with Health Care partners who are horrible to deal with. Worst practice ever.

I visited her office as a new patient in October of '17. I sat in the waiting room for one hour and 45 minutes. I then gave a urine sample and sat in an exam room for another 20 minutes. The EKG machine didn't work and the doctor didn't come in after the nurse couldn't get it to function. I left the office after two and a half hours. She billed my insurance company for the urine sample after specifically asking that it be thrown away, as she was not my doctor. Terrible experience.

Dr Marx was very nice and truly paid attention to my needs. I was sent for two different tests over a month ago; and I have called the office 4x's for my results. I have yet to receive a phone call back. I just spoke to someone at the front desk who said it may snow tomorrow so don't count on a return call until sometime next week. I told her that I truly hope there isn't anything wrong with me that needs treatment over this past month. This is no way to conduct business.

I was scheduled for an appointment with a PA today because I was not able to get an appointment with Dr. Marx for over 3 months time??? I went into the office on time but was confronted with a disgruntled patient in the waiting room, only to find out after they took my co-pay, that they could not give me a Lyme's test when I was told they would. I wasted an hour of my time and 6 weeks waiting to clarify if I have the disease? Happily the walk-in medical was able to accommodate me immediately!

Incredible Doctor/Person!!! Truly one of the most caring and thorough individuals in the field. Dr. Marx spent time listening to my concerns and made sure I was moving in a positive direction. So happy i found her!!

Dr. Marx is a sincer, caring and thorough doctor. She takes her time with each patient and shows genuine concern. My teenaged son adores Dr. Marx. She was wonderful with him when he was facing a difficult situation with anxiety and depression. Dr.Marx truly cares about every patient.

Terrible! This was my 2nd appt with her. The first I waited close to 2 hours to see her. Today I left 2 hours and 15 minutes after my scheduled appt time. Who knows how much longer I would have waited. Never going back there.
