her staff is horrendous
Aicha and Dalila are horrible, uneducated rude, laughing out loud, gross… they own the place … by the time you get to the dr you are exhausted and disgusted . Dr Liberatore might be very talented but the front desk makes the first impression.

Do yourself a favor do not let her operate on your sinuses. My operation was scheduled early she was 2 hrs late because of emergency at hospital(should have ran then) she did one sinus took out too much bone then didn’t have time to do the other. Thank God . Was last patient to leave hospital. Never called to check on me . Years later now worse then it was before n the side she operated on is caved in and dark blue need concealer to cover. Think Twice Run ??

I'm strict about doctor's visits. With an appointment I don't enjoy being kept waiting. This was my first visit to Dr. Liberatore. Her general office staff and Delilah and Aisha couldn't have been more pleasant and professional. The office is beautifully decorated and my visit moved along swiftly. Dr. Liberatore was kind, professional and efficient in quickly resolving my medical issue. She is now my ear, nose, throat doctor and I would recommend her to anyone. All and all a great visit.

Horrible. She is never available to see you, so you end up seeing her physician's assistants. One of her PAs misdiagnosed psoriasis in my ear as fungus and gave me the wrong treatment so my hearing was affected. In no way did Liberatore oversee or weigh in on the PA's treatment. Not only are Liberatore and her PAs bad at what they do, Liberatore skirts close to fraud in having her PAs diagnose and treat patients she does not see herself. Disgraceful!

I am a lawyer and successful real estate owner and very selective about the doctors I chose. I recently had a misdiagnosed nasal infection (MRSA). Within minutes of seeing Dr. Liberatore, she had correctly diagnosed my condition and performed a complicated procedure (nasal and lip absyss drainage) and followed up with extreme caution by admitting me to the hospital in case complications arose. Her mannerism is calm and sensitive but most important she is highly skilled at what she does.

Dr Liberatore was recommended so when i called her office that i had infection they told me 2 weeks? i said i have infraction so they gave me 4 days later. The main problem is they get the monies upfront BUT that is not the problem the problem is the staff (Aisha) gives you the run around when it comes to reimbursement. She actually plays games with you and she leaves you on hold and hangs up on you makes excuses gives you the run around asks you to fax things multiple times. change your staff!
