I say this without exaggeration - I have never felt like a health provider cared less about me or my physical or mental health. The callousness I felt from her was unlike anything I've ever experienced. It was truly jarring.

I saw Dr. Lisa Kohler at an emergency clinic in Plano and I had been misdiagnosed in Garland. She quickly confirmed that I had Influenza A with Strep Throat. She’s very sweet and compassionate with patients. She’s awesome, and I’m lucky to have had her as my physician that night!

Dr. Kohler saw my husband while he was having a stroke. She did not believe he was having a stroke despite my insisting that he was clearly not speaking correctly and his face was drooping. Turns out he was having a stroke. Thankfully there was an awesome nurse who could see the panic and urgency of the situation and took charge to get a neurologist who confirmed and immediately ordered the TPA. Dr. Kohler could have cost my husband his speech and ability to think clearly.
