Another reviewer commented on the move to Communicare. I completely agree. I too have been a patient for over 20 yrs... actually for 26 yrs now. This move has been horrible. I am on hold with a Communicare rep for long periods of time. I do not receive call backs. I used to be able to call and speak to the nurse and now I can't. I am only here now to figure out how to get my lab results - with no luck. I had my appt recently and it was a machine that you use to check yourself in - ridiculous!! So now you have a line of patients waiting to use this machine!!! What next? a robot to do my pap? I don't think so. I've been looking for a new Dr.

I have been a patient for 20 years and I"m soooo disappointed in her move to Communicare. The first day I waited to be seen for nearly 2 hours. Now, nearly 4 weeks later, I cannot get my prescription refilled, nor have I received my Pap smear results, nor have I been able to log on to her patient portal. I'm all for automation, but you need to make sure patients can get into contact with you. I have been on hold with Communicare 3-5 times for over 30 minutes each time. Still no results.

Wonderful experience with Dr. Gurwitz, nurses and staff. I was pleased to be in & out in 30 minutes - yet I did not feel rushed at all.
