I’ve been going here for awhile. I’m at the end of my pregnancy now and i voiced to dr gil that i couldn’t breathe and i was having trouble being able to function without being extremely dizzy and on the verge of fainting. She told me it is what it is. I get a call a couple days later saying she referred me to a counselor just because i was upset because i was feeling sick. then i get a call a couple days later after i refused the counseling and they made an appointment with a new ob for me at a new office without saying anything to me at all. The lack of care that Dr. Gil exhibits is beneath me and this whole office should be shut down for their neglect. All of my concerns are put on the back burner and not to mention my high risk pregnancy due to my RH incompatibility’s. They had no clue when to give me my shot and what to do with my test results and the baby after that. Thy should not be allowed to give medical advice when they have no clue what they are doing.

Dr. Gil doesn't care, but only because she is not a capable provider. Caring would be senseless unless she actually had a solid background in medicine.

Dr. Gil is always very friendly and easy to talk to. The major problem is over scheduling. It takes over an hour to get in after your appointment time on a regular basis. The prescriptions that were supposed to be sent to the pharmacy were screwed up so they could not be picked up. It was diabetic medication that we were out of and the weekend staff was completely unhelpful. We will be looking for a new doctor's office.

Dr Lisa Gil is amazing. She listened to every one of my concerns. Her staff is average.... They let the phones ring and ring while you wait on hold for 20+ minutes just to speak to them. I stay there because of Dr Gil.

This is a practice which does not answer the phone sooner than 45 minutes-five experiences. You will wait in the over booked waiting room for at least 30 minutes and then another 45 minutes or so before being seen. This is a doctor who did not examine my "private area itch, would not address my overall body pain, refused to help me with sleep disorder, only had physician assistant talk with me. I am so pleased to get away from the Golden Valley Health Group. I was told they don't penalize for missed appointments because they know it is difficult to reach them by phone. After blood work was completed, I received a call from the PA saying high cholesterol- I should exercise more and watch my diet.I was told to put olive oil for the itch I had without even looking at the area in question. Without touching my hand to check she referred me to an orthopedist for trigger finger, without even looking in my bleeding nose she referred me to ENT. Referrals were needed, she failed to examine

The staff was friendly. I like that this office is open on Saturdays. But when i went in to establish care...they took a pregnancy test on Saturday ...but i still have not heard back from them ..& its Wednesday. Ive tried to call them 7 times with no answer.?! the recorded voice says i am not able to leave a message or get directly in contact with the staff! I NEED TO KNOW IF IM PREGNANT..would have been nice to get a call on Saturday to let me know. But here i am, 5 days later still don't know!

I would not recommend this practice to anyone due to the fact they don't give you the common courtesy to let you know when you have an appointment that the provider is running an hour behind which happens every time we go here . I asked why they don't let patients know and they said that's not how that practices operates . So basically who cares about how long you wait your time is not as valuable as the doctors., Shows how much we matter

Waiting too long in lobby. Waiting too long on the phone for question or to schrdule appointment. First visit she was friendly and took time to answer every question but after that she spends maximum of 5-10 minutes in the room. Sometimes if she needed to check the computer for test results she wouldn't come back, she would send the nurse in and I would have to ask the nurse my questions. Very disappointed in her services!
