Last 2xs I have been in pain for days.
I have been seeing Dr Faia for yrs., at my last 2 appointments the wait was forever &left in pain that lasted for days. The girl took pictures of my eyes. Went & sat for 15 minutes.another girl took more pictures then I went & sat for 15 minutes. Got called in the main procurerroom, sat there for 30 minutes. A Dr came in to examine my eyes. Told me I might need shots.Sat there for 15 minutes, Dr Faia came in & numbed my eyes , then sat there for 15 minutes.Dr finally came back to give me shots in my eyes. She doesn't care anymore, just wants to fillher quota for the day to get her paycheck. The previous visit I left with broken blood vessels fromall the shots I was given by Dr Faia & a resident of the hospital. This time it was only Dr Faiathat did all the shots, from numbing medicine to injections of the medicine for the inflammation. Dr Faia is a good Dr but has not had the quality of care she use to have with her patients. My eyes are sore with broken red blood vessels.

The staff is very friendly and that makes for an excellent environment. It does not, however, make up for a two-hour wait to see the doctor. Everyone’s time is valuable and it’s extremely disrespectful to make patients wait two hours past their appointment time to actually be seen.

She is a really nice person & really good at her job, I am thankful I had her as my doctor! Without her I could have lost total sight, as none of the eye doctors I went to knew what was going on with me, until I was sent to her (after going to my doctor & 2 opthamoligis & 3 months of having the same problem) she knew right away what was wrong & did all she could to save me from being blind. Thank you Dr. Faia!!

Dr Faia is a compassionate, caring doctor. She really seemed to know exactly how to treat my husbands complex eye problem, explaining what she was going to do and why. One of the eye specialists we have ever seen (we've seen many!)
