While she correctly diagnosed me, she didn't do anything to help my problem. No referral to any other specialist. Trying to get a refill for a simple RX is a nightmare. It takes multiple requests and at least a week when it's supposed to be shorter. Asking the doc a question also takes multiple messages and at least 3 weeks. For a doc with such high ratings on the Penn Med website and other places, one would expect a little more attentiveness to patients.

THIS DOCTOR IS UNPROFFESIONAL AND CONDESCENDING, SHE HAS A POOR BEDSIDE MANNER. I DON'T THINK THAT SHE SHOULD BE A DOCTOR AND I DEFINATELY DO NOT RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE

send this woman to doctoring school. she is as wicked woman and earns zero respect. i learned a big lesson be careful of trustimg a doctor. a priest has more scruples than her

It took 3 months to schedule a first time visit. I called with an urgent medical concern 4 times over 10 days before receiving a call back. The doctor said she would call in 7-10 days with test results. I had to call at 20 days to get the results.
