Horrible bedside manner and lack of care
Multiple bad experiences.Refused to prescribe antibiotics for mastitis because “I’ve seen worse”. Infection then spread and another provider prescribed needed antibiotics.Went in for UTI, he did not have the lab test the urine sample, simply looked at it and said it looks clear. Infection then spread and turned into bladder and kindney infection.Diagnosed a simple yeast infection as herpes without even examining patient, did not know basic female anatomy and needed to ask the nurse at hand to help him identify body parts.Would recommend waiting for another provider instead of seeing Dr. Rivera as he will only make your situation worse
