Dr. Lopez is, without question, the worst physician I’ve ever encountered in my 53 years. She was dismissive, condescending, and completely lacking in compassion. She didn’t listen to my concerns, interrupted me repeatedly, and made me feel like I was a burden for simply trying to explain my symptoms. When I became visibly upset and began to cry out of frustration, she abruptly stood up and said, “I have several patients waiting—I don’t have time to sit here and listen to you cry like a child,” before walking out. I left the office feeling humiliated and worse than when I arrived. No one deserves to be treated this way by a healthcare professional. I strongly encourage others to consider a provider who treats patients with the empathy and respect they deserve.

Front desk is very unfriendly. Makes one feel uncomfortable. Doctors accent to heavy and speaks to fast to understand. I do feel she is very knowledgeable but due to her staff and her heavy accent/ speaking so fast I went elsewhere.

Needs a time out
I'm not sure what was is is going on in her life but this lady needs a time out. Her lack of professionalism and emotional instability is unnerving. As a professional in the field of Progressive Dementia related diseases myself I have greater empathy for the induvial VS the doctor. But, this woman's behavior and anger issues need a long vacation. The office was dark and the staff was polite but subdued and other than a new nurse they all seemed shut down. Not the normal lively but friendly hustle and bustle of a medical facility. As a business owner I know this is a sign of an unhealthy environment.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Lopez.
Dr. Lopez, has always been so informative, caring, and a very good listener. After hearing my concerns, she requested everything needed to determine what was going on with me, consisting of x-rays and bloodwork. What I most appreciate about her was, that she has not rushed to put me on meds like most doctors, because of all the side effects that go with them. I highly recommend her to anyone that wants an honest and caring doctor.

SHE IS THE BEST! I remember my first visit, and my ARNP, not having that much experience tell me I have possible Lupus. That was not the case... I had a elevated ANA, but nothing to be concerned about. She ran more tests to make me feel at ease... I appreciate you Dr. Lopez.

Misunderstanding
When I asked a question in response to her telling me of the test results. Without saying a word, she stood up and walked out of the room. She was done. I only asked why would my other Doctor prescribe a medication if the results of the tests you ( her) just said were negative . Instead of saying, you don't understand what I mean or what I said, she just stood up and walked out of the room without a word. So I DO have an autoimmune disease which I now understand and she was willing to blow me off for misunderstanding her statement. That's not professional.

My medical records reveal this doctor as an outright liar who contradicts her own notes! She is rude, condesending, patronizing, dismissive, disparaging and rushed! She blamed and even tried to punish me for her own incompetency! I lost all confidence in her judgement and opinions after reading my records and experiencing her unprofessionalism in person that day. Her office misplaced my blood wk brought in from the week prior. After she accused me of not doing it at all, she claimed it was months old but then finally retrieved the correct results. From that point on her behavior got worse and 3x she accused me of going over my 15 minute appt. time and throwing her off of her routine. How? My 1 p.m. appt. earnestly began at about 1:35 and I'm back in my car by 1:47. But worst of all she made an independent decision to put me on a drug being fully aware that I was being treated for an infection and, a lifelong smoker making it not recommended for me. Thanks doc!

No
She was unprepared for my initial visit, advised me that she over time would get to know my case (my RA previously well managed by my retired Dr). Dismissed my concerns and condescending & patronizing. Poor to no follow up on my request for referral. My Phone calls to office not returned for weeks. Office staff in reception not welcoming or helpful.

Good at first, then downhill after that!
Our 1st and 2nd appointments with Dr. Lopez were ok. Dr. Lopez listened attentively to my wife's symptoms and ordered some lab work. The 2nd appointment we talked about the lab results and Dr. Lopez gave my wife further instructions. That's when things went SOUTH! My wife began to suffer the painful symptoms again. We tried to get an interim appt with the Doctor prior to her 3rd appt. And they only offered to move her next appointment earlier. Earlier, meaning STILL 2 MONTHS AWAY. We tried using the Patient Portal to ask the Doctor some questions, and all we got back was some canned response about looking at the last appointment doctor notes. Not only did this NOT answer her concerns, HOW IMPERSONAL CAN YOU GET! Unless, you have a hard time finding another doctor, I would shy away from Dr. Lopez and her office.

I was diagnosed with PMR. This ordeal was very unnerving to say the least. Dr. Lopez Lopez did an outstanding job of systematically addressing my issue with corticosteroids and then walking me off of them. Through her spot on treatment, I was able to recover from a disease in 11 months that typically takes two to five years to get to a state of remission. Between her guidance and good nutrition on my part, this malaise is behind me. This Doctor knows her stuff.

My visits was during the Covid pandemic. The office was following all guidelines and very clean. The staff was also very pleasant. Dr. Lopez is compassionate and very knowledgeable. She was the fourth Doctor I saw for my problem and she was able to diagnose and set up treatment for me on first visit. She is thorough and takes her time with you. Highly recommended.
