I felt like my concern about my pain was finally heard and taken seriously. The exam was thorough and the treatment plan was made clear. Great experience.

Dr. Welton did a phenomenal job reviewing my rads with me, showing me on the screen relevant pathologies and explaining in layman's what she was seeing. I appreciated the breakdown. And I appreciate how each of symptoms was acknowledged and documented as we discussed them. The visit was extremely professional and informative and I'm exciting to be under Dr. Welton's care moving forward. Thank you

Dr Welton is amazing. Kind of a throw back to when doctors cared. My original doctor for my knee could learn a lot from her

My first appointment went well. I felt like Dr. Welton listened to my concerns and thoroughly reviewed my medical history regarding my issue. She discussed the next steps well and gave me detailed instructions. The assistant (Lisa) was also very good about going over my next steps and discharge instructions.

She answered all the questions I had at the time and tried to deliver the bad news in a gentle and compassionate way. I do wish I had had more time with her because it was a lot to process all at once and I still have questions that are unanswered.

surgeon with supportive bedside manner
I had an unscheduled visit with the physician. She was kind and supportive. Even though she could not diagnose my issue, she suggested follow up and spoke to her colleagues on my behalf. Would definitely recommend her. Wonderful bedside manner.

I called to schedule an appointment with her, since my PT recommended her. I was told I need an MRI before I could schedule an appointment (3 times). I got an X-ray from Urgent Care that showed arthritis. I drove to her office to drop off the disc during office hours and no one came to the door. After calling the answering service someone came and got my X-ray. They clarified that she doesn’t accept patients over 50. That would have been nice to know before I went through all the hassle and calls and trying to get a very expensive MRI. I called the next day to retrieve my X-rays and got the run around. Needless to say they were sent to me, but didn’t arrive until after my appointment with another Dr. Aftershe looked at my X-ray the office called to me back and wanted to set up an appointment without telling with whom. She may be a good Dr., but the lack of communication with answering service, bad or wrong information etc., assumption that I would be interested in any doctor at Multi Care left me very disappointed and disgusted.

Excellent care
Dr. Welton performed surgery on my hip one year ago today, fixing a labral tear. I was truly impressed with every interaction I had with her and her team. I had a consultation with her, a couple pre-op visits, the surgery, and a few post-op visits. Everyone showed the utmost care and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The protocols in place helped me know what to do to prepare for the surgery, as well as help heal from the surgery and regain maximum function. I went from almost constant aching in my hip to 99% pain free and still getting better. I can't thank Dr. Welton enough! The procedure truly changed my life and I don't feel like I could have been in better hands!
