My father received horrible and inadequate care at the hospital she works at. She tried to convince us to keep him there instead of having him transferred to Cleveland Clinic even though her hospital is not at all equipped to deal with the problem. She also rolled her eyes at us when we told her we still wanted him transferred. Horrible mannerisms

I was treated/consulted by Dr. Roach within the ER, and in-patient. On more than one occasion, I found her to be curt and extremely unprofessional. At one point, she rolled her eyes at my response and asked an inappropriate question regarding my insurance.
