Pennington Facial Plastics has been exceeding my expectations with cutting edge knowledge, experience and service since they opened. I have been a happy and loyal customer ever since. Recently I went for a hair laser removal appointment. They had a new laser machine that made the experience very pain free, which transformed the experience for me. I have had surgical procedures that are so natural looking, I feel like the best version of myself. Plus the follow up care is state of the art, and nurturing, I feel safe and cared for. PFP is the absolute best, not just in Shreveport, but the county.

Dr. Pennington and her staff were incredible with my son when he had his otoplasty. I did a great amount of research before finding a practice I trusted, and Dr. Pennington went above and beyond to make the whole experience positive. We could not be happier with the results!

Taylor did my Morpheus8. She was very kind and patient with me. She made the procedure less painful. Made my face shine and pores smaller.

I love both Dr. Pennington and Dr Sewell! They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and take plenty of time with you to explain anything you have questions about. Dr. Sewell even wrote me out a treatment plan that I could follow at home. I tend to forget once I leave the office so I loved that. Their staff is so friendly and down to earth! I’ve been getting the Morphius 8. I had bad deep pores, scaring, and fine lines starting to show. I have definitely seen an extreme improvement and I’m so happy I opted to do it!

Absolutely love the inviting atmosphere and friendly staff as you walk into Dr. Pennington’s office! They are all so accommodating and make you feel like you’re a VIP patient anytime you come in. I have been seen by both Dr. Pennington and Dr. Souyoul and can’t recommend them enough! They are called the dream team for a reason!!

I’ve tried laser hair removal in the past and and it didn’t work out but, I decided to try it out again. I’m super satisfied with the results I’m seeing with my laser at Lindsey Pennington’s office.

Dr. Souyoul did an amazing job providing me with excellent healthcare for a burn on my throat and clavicle/chest area, due to an accident in the kitchen. She is so wonderful and gave excellent care during the healing process of my wound. She is very kind, has the best bedside manner and was so good to me by staying in close contact to help me during healing. I am very happy with the her and her sweet staffs care, the healing of my burn wound and with no scars!! Thank you Dr. Souyoul for being so good to me! xoxo

I had my first ever dermaplaning done by Bailey. The process was very satisfying and relaxing. Bailey was very professional and sweet. The office is very clean and gorgeous. I can't wait for future scheduled services. Hands down 10/10.

After an accident, I had a hump of scar tissue under the skin on my nose. Dr. Pennington gave me injections that completely got rid of this and I didn’t need surgery. So glad my regular dr. got me this appointment! My nose is back to normal.

Dr. Pennington is incredible. I had my septorhinoplasty with her and have thick skin with scar tissue from previous trauma. I am THRILLED with my results. I could breath better immediately and my nose is EXACTLY what we talked about and looked at with the morphing software. She is truly very talented and I would not trust anyone else with my face.

I absolutely loved Dr. Pennington and her staff. I called for a new patient appointment and she was booked out for 3 weeks (a good thing so I knew I was in the right place if she was that busy). I asked to be put on the cancellation list and the office staff called me and I was in within a week!! Dr. Pennington and Heather took their time and gave me all the information on what I was interested in. I left with the full works. The receptionist signed me up for a rewards program so I can earn back points for what I spent. 10/10 recommend. Beautiful decorations , clean office, fast service, and the friendliest staff in town.

Dr. Pennington and staff are truly amazing for so many reasons!! They are not only very nice, reasonably priced, but very informative. I am an out of town patient, full time working mom and they have accommodated to every need. My laser treatment and results are amazing. Dr. Pennington and staff are the best!!

I have already recommended Dr. Pennington to a number of my friends and they have subsequently recommended her to their friends. She is so talented at what she does. I had multiple procedures at once including a lower facelift, neck lift, lower eyes, and brow lift. I was a bit concerned about having that pulled look that is often seen with facial plastics, but the result is beautiful and natural. I got a better result than I expected. I would never use anyone else and trust her completely.
