Abnormal Periods
Told her I was having brown discharge in between periods for 14 days straight. I got an ultrasound and she said I had a small cyst. I get the report back with one doctor saying in may be a endometriosis. I called the office back asking for them to explain and they said it was normal. I explained all other symptoms like hair loss, acne like I’m a teenager, and extreme cramping between periods. She said well some people just ovulate very hard and bleed. After seeking another option I have PCOS and they explained she should have made that diagnosis first hand. Instead, I got told “it’s all normal”. Three months of brown discharge between periods is not normal. She did not prioritize my care, but rather her own agenda.

Rushed exams - disappointing.
I really liked not having to wait but I felt rushed during the visit once she came in the room. She was very friendly and she and her nurse carried on laughing, etc. However, she wasn't very thorough at all. She ask if I had any questions or issues. The breast exam was unlike any other I've had in my 45 plus years of exams, very rushed and while examining my right breast, she was looking over her shoulder at her nurse and the exam was next to nothing, compared to previous doctors. Same with the actual exam-pap smear. It was over within seconds, no joke. I worry if anything is wrong, would it really be detected. I was in utter shock and felt it was a complete waste of time. She seemed to be going through the motions and not really engaged.

Finally some good care
I had a negative colposcopy experience in the past, and my procedure with Dr Eason went so well in comparison. She was empathetic and communicative with my struggles and needs. I informed her of my per existing trauma so we could work together to get the care I needed. I was dreading that procedure for weeks but it went SO well.

Love Dr. Eason!
Love having Dr. Eason as my doctor! I originally started seeing her due to self-detected very large fibroids on my uterus. She performed the uterine fibroid removal with precision, had multiple appts with average 5min wait, answered all questions, and gave referral to a top Infertility specialists. This has been a very difficult journey because I don’t have children and would like to in the future. She addressed all medical issues, wiped my tears, and also offered hope and encouragement.

Do not go to her
Im switching at 38 weeks pregnant due to the lack of care and communication. I will say some of this falls on the nurse Tessa. I have heard the nurses while in the room talking about other patients and laughing. The visits are non-existent with them lasting no more than 5-7 minutes. Any concern is met with “yeah that’s normal” or “you’re almost there”. It’s so disappointing and disrespectful when I know my body and I’m also a high risk pregnancy. I have no faith in this practice to handle my care or my babies care. If you have questions or concerns or are high risk I do not recommend going to this practice. I should’ve stuck with previous hospital but moved due to a recommendation and my prior doctor leaving. It’s also very common to wait over 45 minutes to be seen in the room and not have anyone update you on what’s going on. Again, not a place I would recommend if you have any issues during pregnancy as they do not care nor will they listen.

I am not recommended! She is a care less doctor I never see. I had miscarriage since the 1st appointment with her. I told her but she doesn’t care or explain what’s going on. I have to run to emergency a day after and they give me all the test and explain to me very clearly. I went to ER twice to recheck all test again. ER told me I lost my baby so follow up with my obgyn so I call her office want to see her but I never got to see her at all until I have to switch the clinic. This is my first miscarriage and I never know what’s going on. Eason not only care less dr. But she gives me more depression.
