Dr. Lindsey Broussard, MD

I had a bad experience with an excision where she cut an artery by mistake. She immediately told me I signed a release and that my skin was thin. It’s bad practice to blame the patient! I’ve had an infection for over four months and can still not wear a watch on my left wrist.

I don’t understand the prior 1 star review of Dr. Broussard. They must have been in a bad mood that day. After all, they said she was nice. That should have merited more stars. I started seeing Dr. Broussard about 8 months ago when my previous dermatologist retired and have seen her at least four times since then. At my last skin check she immediately detected something that could have been dangerous if not detected and then did an in-office procedure that sounded a bit scary but was painless.. She is very kind and sensitive to how I was feeling during the procedure, which is important to me, because having lived in Colorado for a long time, I have a numerous issues from sun damage. Wait times have been short and she always spends as much time with me as I need. I highly recommend her. Another good part is that she is taking new patients and accepts Medicare.

The excellent care I recently received from Dr. Broussard and her capable team went above and beyond my expectations. She took time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained the details and after-care of my procedure. Highly recommend.

Lindsey was plenty nice, but I felt rushed the whole time talking to her and she nearly left before checking out everything that I wanted looked at and had already told the assistant about. I wished she took more time to explain and explore why I was having these issues instead of just looking at it and agreeing it was what I already thought it was. I was told I would be contacted by the surgeon for a mole I had looked at but I have not had any contact from them since my appointment.
