Lacking attention and compassion
The doctor and entire staff seemed cold and indifferent to my concerns. Definitely switching my primary care provider.

She was more interested in checking her Apple Watch for her messages than being in the room with me. The moment she walked in wasn't personable. I always watch reviews - but the fact her rating is low, there is a reason.

I love Dr. Lindsey but her staff is terrible
I have been seeing Dr Lindsey for a couple of years extremely happy with her but if this is a reflection of her care I will be looking for another family Dr.

Excellent Doctor
Always kind, understanding, and caring. Takes time to talk about all of my concerns. Usually only takes a few days or a week to get an appointment. No complaints.

Don't waste your time. She wasn't with me 5 minutes, ended up at Urgent Care to have my sinus infection taken care of.

She doesn’t care about patients. She is in and out, does not address health issues or concerns. Just say no.

I had to wait three weeks for an appointment because I needed an evening . I was hurried in and out she saw me for maybe five minutes did not test for the problems I expressed and said medicine would be prescribed and none was ever called in for me . It’s the second time I’ve been rushed out on and evening appointment . Now when I call to get the medicine and repeat my concerns with the problem I am told I now need to come in for test . Very very very sad and poor quality care . Will be searching for new office . Many others have told me they were also rushed and ignored .
