Great doctor, not great office
I actually saw dr. Kidd in her Staunton location, for several years, before she moved to Charlottesville. After she moved I waited almost two years to call and schedule my annual exam with her. I called and they told me January would be the earliest to be seen as a new patient (mid October currently). When i told them it was just for an annual exam that made it worse, May is the earliest to be seen. I can't imagine being that busy. Guess I need a new doctor. I wonder if she's aware that this is what the scheduling is like at this office.

Excellent doctor
Dr. Kidd is thorough, methodical, and personable. She has been treating my pre-cancerous spots and continues to monitor them. I could not be more pleased. She's very willing to share her knowledge and answer my questions. I didn't feel rushed and I really appreciated her care and attention.

Dr. Kidd is the Best
I have struggled with cystic acne for many years. I have been a patient at her clinic for about 3 years now. I cannot rave enough about how great my skin looks. I, unfortunately, was absent from her care due to not being in the area for awhile, and gratefully was lucky enough to get an appointment with her very quickly when I returned. People continuously comment how great my skin looks since being on the regimen she prescribed. I also cannot say enough about how warm, kind, and friendly she is also. She always is patient and listens to any concerns I have.

Dr. Kidd has been a god send. I’ve had certain spots of concern on my skin for several years that my old dermatologist brushed off as age spots. My family has a history of skin cancer, so I wanted a second opinion. Lindsay and her crew provided the biopsy and low and behold, basal cell carcinoma! She’s also helping with another skin condition that’s been plaguing me for years that is now finally getting better thanks to her expertise and instruction. I can vouch for her thoroughness and professionalism and am so glad to have her as my doctor. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in need of a dermatologist!

Dr. Kidd is an excellent dermatologist. She finds little pre-cancers that I have trouble seeing myself and takes care of them. I feel like I am in good hands with her.

As a disabled veteran and human being this person was the most horrible provider I have seen. I was rushed during the appointment and interrupted numerous times as well. The slap in the face was when she claimed that my condition was not service connected. I was furious to say the least as she has no knowledge of the onset of my conditions or how I was exposed. this individual has no business providing services. She has now moved on to another practice.....
