Dr. Theo is a godsend! I first saw her 3 years ago. At 67 I was tipping the scales at 224.. I had high cholesterol & triglycerides, prediabetes, reflux (GERD), fatigue & a double chin to boot.. I’m a psychologist, but Dr Theo taught me more about behavior mod & motivation than I learned in grad school. After just 15 lbs, my GERD vanished, along with the meds. My triglycerides, cholesterol, & A1C returned to normal. No more statins! Ditching 64 lbs changed my life & left me with only one chin!

I have been a patient of Linda Theotokatos for several years. When I first went to see her I was at wits end. I weighed 230 lbs. and was frustrated having tried to lose weight for years and it seemed like nothing worked. Linda went over a plan with me, worked with me, was very understanding and was such a positive force I can not say enough good about her. It took time but I consistently continued to drop the pounds until I was down to 180 lbs.

I have recommended Dr. Theo to more than one friend. If anyone is serious about losing weight, I can not think of anyone I would feel more comfortable with recommending than Linda. She is always positive, personable and is dedicated to her patient.
