No help whatsoever
When I called to schedule an appointment I was asked specifically why I wanted to see the doctor. I fell in 5/23 and my injury will not heal. I was diagnosed with Hamstring tendinitis and IT Enthesitis, I listed all tests, injections and PT I had. I was told my case would be reviewed and called back if my case would be taken. When DR. saw me, she barely listened to my issue or looked at any of the reports I had brought from PT or reviewed my test results and asked why I came to see her. I found her attitude rude, condescending and non-compassionate saying she could not do anything for me. If that was the case, why didn't the review of my case grant an appointment. It seemed obvious my chart wasn't even reviewed. I drove an hour since many doctors have never heard of my autoimmune disease, and sitting is my worst enemy.I am truly disappointed in her as a doctor. This fall has really set me back, it's been 7+ months, and I was just looking for help to resolve my problem.
