Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

Don't take Dr. Ojo as your doctor under any circumstances. She is horrible with prescriptions. She goes days without refilling them and does not answer repeated phone calls. I would forgive her if this happened one time, but this has happened on multiple occasions.

I was a new patient trying out Columbia Associates and Dr. Ojo. I received no instructions for logging on to the appointment. I received no returned phone calls the 2 days leading up to my appointment on how to access the televisit. They sent me 18 pages of consent forms 4 hours before my appointment that had to be completed before my televisit (mind you, I still had no idea how this visit would take place) I could not completely access the patient portal Upon relaying all of this to Dr. Ojo, she said "I don't handle the administration" for the company she works for. She was less than apologetic for my inconveniences throughout the process of trying to be a new patient. But it is for the best because she came off cold, uncaring and unbothered - that is not what you want in a psychiatrist

Unfair reviews. Great doctor, limited group
I feel sad to see some of these reviews. Dr Ojo diagnosed me with two conditions and changed my life at nearly 40 years of age. She is subject to the restrictions of a Kaiser medical model of mental health treatment, but still has managed to diagnose and deal with me in a personal, professional and effective manner for a long period of time. These reviews do not reflect my own experience with this doctor. I came across them when looking her up to follow her outside of Kaiser when she leaves. I have found Dr Ojo to be excellent and in line with what I expect from medical model mental health, which is limited compared to the model used by other providers. I would absolutely recommend Dr Ojo individually but I would advise people to seek mental health care outside of Kaiser if possible as it is very restricted and there are aspects of the care not available, also, all the good mental health doctors quit.

Dr. Ojo does not listen to your concerns. Has no empathy like other people here mentioned and will play the "try this/try that" experiment on you for months and hope it works. Please dave your time by going to another provider who values your time and listens to your concerns.

Linda Ojo is the equivalent of a kid who spent a lot of time in school but knows literally nothing about how to actually execute her job in the real world. All she knows is textbooks and has little to no real world experience. She's too fresh into the field to actually "help" you with any of your mental chemical imbalances. I see postings asking for 5 years of experience to do menial jobs and there's literally no way she has even close to that in experience for a legitimately important job (when it comes to patients mental health). It pains me to leave a negative review but for god's sake just go to a different doctor.

My experience with this doctor was simply awful. I have met with countless psychiatrists over most of my life to deal with various medications and this one was by far the worst mistake I've ever made in my life. She treats the situation as if you were a numbered example in a textbook rather than looking into how things are in real life and modifying her responses to the situation at hand. I wish I had read these other comments before showing up to her office that day, save yourself before its too late.

Please save yourself the time. While I don't wish to ruin this doctor's career, I must let anyone who is searching know that she has a problem listening to her patients. She'll let you talk and hear what you are saying and then do a complete 180 on treatment options and leave you wondering "...what?!" There are a multitude of other great doctors for you to choose from within Kaiser, just pick a different one. If you didn't choose the doctor and they just assigned you one when you called, tell them specifically you DO NOT WANT Dr. Linda Ojo
