Telehealth appt at urgent care went well. She was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable and explained treatment and issue well.

The encounter with Ledesma DO. Was the most disrespectful encounter I have ever had at a facility. She spoke to me as if I was a child and raised her voice at me multiple times and talked down to me it was the most degrading encounter I have ever had! She came back into the room and made a point to tell me how Incorrect I was. I have a chronic skin condition that is managed by a dermatologist, seeing as it is the week of thanksgiving, it was not possible to get an appointment with my dermatologist or PCP at this time. I use the urgent care intermittently if this is the case. I am very knowledgeable on my condition and provided previous documentation on how my dermatologist treats this. Ledesma Argued with me the entire visit, and when I asked questions as to why she was handling it the way she did, she argued with me, she slapped the was to show me it was “oral antibiotic prevention month” or a similar initiative, and raised her voice multiple times.

This doctor prescribed my 4month old baby benadryl and apparently you shouldn't give benadryl to a child under the ago of 2! And then she had a rash and she didn't even really look at the rash and prescribed her a cream that come to find out made her rash way worse because my daughter had a yeast rash! So my 4month old is in pain every time she has just a little bit of a we diaper because this doctor did not take the time to actually evaluate my daughters rash properly! AWFUL!!
