We both go here.
From you walk in you feel welcome. The ladies at the front desk are very kind and helpful. We are both seated quickly and seen within 5-8 min. Dr Kaplan explains what she is about to do or the process treatment. Both of us a very thankful for her experience and truthfulness. We have choices closer by but we drive 27min to come here. When you have a good thing going you make it happen. We love the service.

Eye appointment
I can recommend Dr. Linda J Kaplan without reservation. I have been her patient for close to 10 years. She is unfailingly, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. She has not ever settled for good enough. She has worked with me to give me the very best vision possible, even though I was not born with the best pair of eyes. She listens and responds. She is thorough and very able to put her explanations of what is happening and what needs to be done in layman terms. She is simply the best.

Dr. Kaplan detected a problem in my eye and was able to resolve it, restoring my vision that had been compromised; it should be noted that the surgeon causing the problem, Alan Silbert, refused to see me, saying the problem was in my mind. Dr. Kaplan checked on me on a daily basis until I made a full recovery.
