I forgot my readers but the office staff had a pair I could use while I was there. I was so appreciative. Also I was so happy the Doctor was able to use the Davinchie surgical procedure on me. It made recovery so much easier.

Linda was able to see me on an emergency referral and took care of my problem right away. She gave me options & offered me realistic solutions. I am VERY pleased with the care I received from here because I desperately needed it.

I came under Dr. Farkas' care after she performed emergency surgery for a cecal volvulus. I remained hospitalized at Chesapeake Regional until my discharge. I was under her orders & care while hospitalized in addition to the care of her GI group & the hospitalist on duty & the nurses on 5 East.

After four months of heavy antibiotics and laying in the hospital bed not getting any better only worse. After almost dying did she finally decided to give me the surgery I already knew I needed. Unfortunately, by that time I ended up with a colostomy bag and a bladder surgery but first I had to wait longer for her to return from a vacation. Months-long hospital stay.

Doctor tried to blame her lateness (1hr and 15 min) on other patients, but I saw her slip out with two sales reps just before my appointment. She couldn't keep my information straight, repeated herself several times, didn't do an exam, didn't offer an apology, didn't seem interested in anything other than ending my appointment. I will not be returning for any reason. I have a long term illness and meet with doctors often, I'm very grateful for most of them, but not this one.
