Follow-through and thoroughness are lacking. It seems that her office staff is "self-managed." or managed by one rather self-important staff member. You have to demand the doctor's attention and she then is not happy.. When requesting test results, we have been given old copies; after a trip to the ER we were told to call Dr. Evans immediately and see her the same day, we said "It's Friday...." whereupon the ER staff in unison completed our sentence, "...and she doesn't work Friday afternoons
