Dr. Lin Clark, MD

Worst experience I've ever had with a doctor or clinic. When the PA, Bertha, dropped her tablet on my foot, injuring my toe on the first appointment, I should've taken that as a warning. She's no longer there ..I wonder why. Even the doctor, Alessandra Clark, quit the same day and I believe her replacement is severely incompetent. The prescription medication strengths are changed every time I refill, leading Optumrx to question why and I've gone over two weeks without thyroid meds being filled at all and then was denied blood work to check my declining levels. For a telehealth, I was not sent a link to attend.For an in person, I arrived and was told the appointment was never scheduled due to new receptionist not knowing how. Referrals to specialists were also denied even though they are doctors I've seen in the past that were requesting them for continuity of care. Much more, unfortunately. I would not recommend Dr. Lin Clark at all. Reception staff try to be helpful and

Provider could be more forthcoming and engage better with patient she's very quiet yet has a sweet nature

I loved my doctor. She was extremely knowledgeable.

I was all yippity cause my online virtual appointments in 2023 resulted in an NP advising all kinds of remedy (xray, IV, lance it!, etc) that a PC cam precludes, you know, video conferencing. This MD-gal was calm, cool, unassailable. She refused to lance my injury! Soak that nastioness in epsom salt solution, she advised. Very conservative, reliable without gaudiness, just like my other internists, battletested. No future visit planned for, only 'Keep it up, young lady. Nicely done.'

She doesn’t show up for telemedicine appointments (annd doesn’t call to let you know she’s not showing up) and she has a very dismissive attitude when listening to my concerns. I’ve had wonderful experiences with other PCP’s within Caremore, but this one needs a shot of compassion and remember the oath she took as a doctor.

Dr. Clark has been my Primary Care Physician for 15 years. I feel she is the best because she is thorough, takes time to listen, and if she can't treat your concern she always sends you to the best specialist for the job. Wait time in the lobby is never too long. I can't imagine having any other primary physician.

Although she is nice she has no true bedside manner nor does she seem concerned about her patients concerns. She never took time to physically look over patient just sat at the computer and pushed medication.

I have been with Dr Clark over 15 years. She is always concerned and professional. I would highly recommend her
