Dr. Lillienne Chan, MD

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Chan for several years, and we continue to be so happy she is in Dr. Chan's care. Dr. Chan listens carefully to her patients in determining how best to treat them, and she is thorough and so skilled. She has been a gift to us, and we have sent several other families her way -- all of whom think as highly of her as we do.

Dr Chan is very compassionate, and takes extra time to follow-up with me on issues in between appointments. The office is always clean and efficient.

Dr. Chan was excellent! She was compassionate, calm, and concerned. She took the time to listen to and review the health history, discussed possible diagnoses, and explained a treatment plan & further testing. She was thorough and appropriate. What I liked most was how she empowered my 10yo daughter to answer the doctor’s questions if she wanted, or to let mom & dad answer the questions. This is such an important lesson in learning to advocate for your own health.

Treating reflux is frustrating in babies and Dr. Chan makes it a less so! She is very attentive, takes time with her patients and comes up with thorough care plans

We were so nervous about traveling to the metroplex for our babies GI appointment and what could be the issue with our newborn. Dr.Chan is amazing, she is kind, and she really listen to your concerns and is extremely knowledgeable. She has been with us ever step of the way and our now 10 month old is healthy and happy. We are so thankful for Dr.Chan and her team!

We walked away from our first visit in awe on how down to earth and caring Dr. Chan was on our first appointment. Since then Dr. Chan is approachable, kind, understanding, makes you feel comfortable and she genuinely wants to help. We would absolutely refer her to family and friends searching for a great doctor in her specialty field.

Dr. Chan is everything we would want for our son’s doctor to be. She is thorough, listens well, and never stops trying to improve the health of our son. Cannot recommend her enough.

Dr Chan is very invested in our son’s health. Takes time to listen to our concerns and develop a plan to help work through his milk allergy. Would definitely recommend!

We visited Dr. Chan for my infant daughter and had blood work done. She said she would call in a week or two to check up on us. A nurse called a few days later to say that my daughters blood platelets were high and Dr. Chan would call back. We were paranoid (new parents) and thought the worst. This was months ago and we never once received any call explaining this blood work or what was wrong. The doctor visit was actually nice, however being clearly forgotten about after hearing vague but scary test results upset me. She is very nice however this left me feeling that she was unprofessional.

Dr. Chan is exactly what you want in a doctor. She is extremely observant and scientific in her approach while also being compassionate. She is on time and is very accessible through her medical assistant. I'm so thankful that we found her. She made a total difference in our baby.
