Dr. Liliana Heath, DPM

This doctor is by far the best podiatrist. I had bunion surgery done by her and her husband and I cannot thank them enough. They know exactly what they’re doing. I no longer have constant pain and I can finally wear heels! I had a big balance with them that I was not able to pay right away. They helped me out with a reasonable payment plan and I was able to clear my balance making monthly payments. As for her staff they are super welcoming and very nice. They will work with your schedule and make sure you are reminded of your appointment the day before. I had a good experience with Dr. Heath! I am fully healed and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is having foot or ankle problems.

Three appointments. First appointment the doctor was one and a half hours late arriving at the Cooper City office. Second appt. one hour late. Third appt. the doctor did not show up. The nurse did not know when she would arrive. I left and will never use or recommend this doctor.

She diagnosed my daughter with apophsities (heel pain), made my wife order an insole from her for $45 and after my wife had to drive over 4 times to pick it up, we were shocked by the quality. I'm not kidding when I tell you it was put together with tape and looked like a 4 year old put it together. She then refused to refund us when we complained. We took her home-made shoe insert and showed it to a couple of Podiatrists and they were shocked. Be warned.

Her office lost the chart notes from my last appt. and she scolded me for not coming in when I was suppose to. She made me feel terrible. I never missed any appt, ever. I even have the appt card with the date written on it. Her office does not keep track of past appts. electronically, they only refer to your paper file. So, if they lose the notes, its like you were never there. They would not take any responsibility. She just blamed me. I am very upset that she spoke to me the way she did. Her o
