The Best Doctor in 64 years on earth
Dr Zhu has been my Doctor for over 15 years and she always is kind, caring and listens to everything you have to say and share. Very knowledgeable and I highly recommend her for men, woman and children. She always gets back to you if need be.

Unprofessional and Rude
I wouldn’t even give her half a star. This doctor is extremely unprofessional and rude. My mom who is almost 80 and has had a heart attack and heart disease went for her first appointment. She waited for over 45 mins. 3 people went in before her so she asked the doctor what the delay was. The doctor then shoved the paperwork back to her and told her to find another doctor! How can a person let alone a doctor treat an elderly woman like that? My mom called me crying and in a full blown panic attack. The doctor should be ashamed of herself. I am absolutely disgusted with her behavior.

Unprofessional and unorganized office
Dr. Zhu and her staff failed to inform me she was no longer accepting new patients due to a change in her schedule BEFORE I drove 40 minutes to this appointment. The receptionist turned me away when I arrived stating that Dr. Zhu would not be able to take me on as a patient. I made this appoint weeks prior and found it extremely frustrating and inconsiderate of my time that the office knew this information day of and did not relay it to me through a phone call or email. An absolute waste of my time.

The Best
I have been struggling to find a doctor. It is my belief that post COVID medical providers are so burnt out they’ve all lost their sense of kindness and attention to their patients. Gaslighting me every step of the way BUT NOT, Dr. Zhu. She is thorough and listens to her patients, I trust her wholeheartedly with my care and treatment. I’m fortunate to of had found her. I recommend her to anyone searching for a PCP!
