His easy-going, soft-spoken, and cheerful demeanor help provide the confidence one needs when confronted with an unexpected health event, especially a surgical procedure. Dr Chen listened attentively and with great interest to both medical as well as affective concerns offering suggestions and recommendations clearly and with great deliberation. While complicated surgical repairs were considered, he contemplated and offered alternatives based upon age, cognitive status, as well as long-term care needs which was greatly appreciated. Dr Chen is truly a wonderful physician-surgeon and highly recommended. The staff, including receptionists to nursing were exceptional. Everyone was friendly, patient oriented, and enthusiastic. The facility is modern and clean, though it can be a bit chilly as are most medical facilities.

Dr Chen offered a thorough explanation with analogies which was very helpful. He explained all scenarios and outcomes as well as post op cares. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Dr. Chen explained the procedure and the reason for the treatment. His staff is very organized and efficient so all goes smoothly and quickly. However if I have questions, Dr. Chen takes whatever time is needed for responding.

I am a existing patient from 2018 and 2019...Dr. Chen did both of my hand surgeries then. Today I went in for different issue with my hand & I wouldn’t go to anyone else! He’s an exceptional doctor and has a wonderful disposition. You can talk to him and he listens to your concerns and comes up with the best solutions. If you’re looking for a hand doctor and surgeon he’s THE BEST!

Dr Chen has done multiple trigger finger injections, trigger finger surgeries and bilateral carpal tunnel surgeries. He is a very kind and good Dr. I appreciate everything he has done for me, and I wouldn’t want to go anyplace else! I never have to wait long in office, which is nice! The staff is always nice, and his nurse Shellie is great!
