If I could give her zero stars I would. She’s not patient and rude. I brought up concerns about a pain I was having and she blamed it on my anxiety. In reality I had nerve damage.

Terrible Experience

If I could give a lower rating I would. Dr. Zegrada has little regard for her patients actual well being. I called her office in regards to a prescription that I was unable to pick up, as well as ,some new concerns I have. After calling her office 5 times, with no response. I escalated the situation to admin. When I finally got in touch with her she was unhelpful. I asked if it were possible if I could change my doctor she got an attitude

Dr. Zagreda is the most rudest, impolite, uncaring, self centered, insensitive doctor I had ever had. She does not listen to her patience concerns about their health. She has her own opinions and conceptions of what she personally thinks is right for you. Her visits make you feel as if you are taking up her time. I felt as if my visit was unnecessary and rushed. She is very unprofessional, and does not care about anything you have to say ,or your health concerns. She makes you feel as if you are wasting her time, and she has other important things she could be doing. She treats you as if your some kind of animal , who should not be in her office. She does not need to work with people as a doctor because she has little concerns about you as a person or your health. My first visit with her was my last visit with her. I should had read the reviews on this doctor because so many people had similar complaints. I had put in a request for a new doctor immediately. No , I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR TO ANYONE.

She treats my mother, horrible. My mother asked for a referral for a dermatologist because her hair is falling out, and she told my mother she’s getting old to get over it and except that. Just because my mother is getting old it doesn’t mean you should speak to her like that . This is not the first time she treats my mother bad. The doctor obviously doesn’t have a bedside manner for the elderly she should not be working at all as far as I’m concerned. My experience is a 2300 Westchester Ave. momtefiore site has always been bad..

I saw her for 3 years and decided to change doctors. She is impersonal and doesn’t seem to actually care about her patients. If you want someone who lacks empathy and compassion who will just spit out information to you, then by all means go to her. I actually want a doctor who cares about the well-being of their patient. A few instances occurred that pushed me to change my doctor. 1-my leg swelled up and I was limping. I stopped by her office and just asked if she would take one minute just to look at it and she wouldn’t even come speak to me herself and told them to tell me there’s nothing she can do for me…that I should’ve went to ER. I begged for an appointment and there were no openings until I caused a scene and magically one became available a couple days later. Long story short, I ended up having 3 blood clots in my legs and being hospitalized for a weak. This is just one example. I felt very ignored. I tried to express that and her response was “ok”. 2/10 recommend.

I don’t even feel comfortable giving her 1 star but 0 stars wasn’t an option. This lady is very rude!!!!!! & unprofessional!!! Didn’t care about anything I had to say. In fact told me she does not know why I showed up to the office & stated word for word “I don’t even want to be and shouldn’t be in the room with you right now” because some of the symptoms I told her I have sounded like CO VID after I told her a million times I did not have CO VID!! Who tells a patient that? She literally made me feel like I was some type of animal, didn’t come back in the room to wrap up my appointment, she made the nurse come in & give me my referral & finish her work. I changed my PCP ASAP!!! Do not, I repeat do not go to her!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Zagreda for many years. I have referred my best friend as well as both my daugthers to this doctor. Every experience i have had with Dr Zagreda has been positive. Not only has she addressed my issues or, concerns but she has referred me to other great doctor's if my issues were not within her expertise. She has ALWAYS listened to my concerns as well as considered my fears. She assisted with my shingles out break, my cellulitis out break as well as advised me to do physical therapy, acupuncture and at home workouts to help with my siattica pain. She has assisted with getting me past several health issues i been faced with. She do follows up's and or have staff follow up on my conditions and that has made me feel I was not alone and let me know she's there and she cares! I was SHOCKED by some of the comments but in my opinion Dr Zagreda is AWESOME!

Mike D above must be extra special. It's good you get the treatment the rest of us hoped for when we go to the doctor. I find Doc Zagreda a stickler for time rather than attending fully to my need. Mostly unpleasant. She seem to be listening to you but she is not hearing you. Everything is quick! I'm sitting on the exam table asking her questions and she traipsed off with me still talking. Very impolite for someone of that profession. I wasn't surprised to hear the comments above. I've been to a specialty doc and the medical assist saw that Zagreda had referred me. She asked me how I liked her as my doc. I told her. She laughed and said that was her doc/ the exact reason she changed her. I also have a problem with her or her nurse not calling me in for my test results. Months will go by with my lab test not in my chart. Even when there is abnormal results. It may not be something to be very alarmed about, but HEC the patient is supposed to be notified. Need for Speed is for Racing!

Though I was not late to her appointment, the front desk had a line that I had to wait on to be checked in. It took 10 minutes. Then zagreda says she has to reschedule because I was late...again, I wasn't. Her nurse doesn't know how to put on an arm band, so she says "we'll leave the data as is". Zagreda says she has no time to do my physical--IT'S AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN ANNUAL PHYSICAL. She rudely disregards my medical problems, and says "you'll just have to live with it". A garbage doctor who shouldn't have a license to do this. The last time I will be going to her. A complete waste of time and insurance money. She saw me to say sarcastic nasty comments.

She doesn’t take the time to hear you out. She rushes through everything. She did not give me one logical answer about my concerns just sarcastic remarks. She is rude, and unprofessional. It was my first and definitely my last time seeing her, I will be changing doctor to someone more knowledgeable and caring.

The 2 out of the 3 front desk staff give off a bad attitude about answering simple questions. Dr. Zagreda literally told me she was too busy to answer any of my follow-up questions with a dismissive body language. I’m can tell that she has many patients to juggle (so I can partially sympathize her o& her staff) — but they all need to work on having more *patience* with newcomers who are still learning how everything works. I, however, will be taking my chances & switching to a different doctor.

Dr. Zegreda has been my primary care physician for almost 4 years now and she has always made me feel comfortable and secure when discussing my test results or just after performing an examination. She takes the time to listen to your comments and for me personally has made great progress in controlling both my blood pressure and cholesterol levels. i have much faith in her procedures and am happy that she is my doctor.

She rushes you during your appointment, cut you off when answering questions, not very friendly, doesn't really show any interest in any of your concerns and can come off very rude!
