This last appointment I had a bad experience because they made an appointment for me when they asked what the reason for the appointment was and at that time they did not tell me that they could not attend to me and they made me go there for nothing.

I would like them to be able to attend to my son when I take him so that someone without an appointment can receive him. because it would only be to be calm. because if it were an emergency I would take him to the hospital.

They did very well. The doctor did explain to me what was happening. What I don't like about the clinic is they have you wait very long, like 2 hours to an hour and a half. That's what I don't like that happens there.

Yes, Dr. Olivero's has been my son's doctor over I think 7 years now all the office doctors have been good to my son. He has asthma and Dr. Oliveros is one of the best doctors. And her train doctor also a great to see and the office staff down there said to of the ladies are super helpful and then pathetic very professional one thing is to when you call for an appointment, they should ask to arrive 15 minutes early because

Provider is amazing, staff is great only downfall is the wait time, it's always at least a 2 hour wait, I've had appointments first thing in the morning and last in the afternoon and it's still always a long wait. Which is hard with a baby
