He spent about 8 minutes with me, I asked if he had looked at the e-rays, he got up looked for a second and sat back down. Said physical therapy for my hip (leg) and back should help but never followed through with with my primary doctor or my insurance to setup physical therapy.

Right and left total hip replacements.
Dr. Mohler did a total hip replacement for both hips two months apart. Prior to surgery, I had a lot of pain and a terrible limp and quit playing tennis after 45 years of playing. As soon as I woke up from surgery, my pain was gone. I could walk without a cane in two days. Did a 12 mile hike in the mountains two weeks later, and started playing tennis three and a half weeks after. It has now been just under three months from my last hip replacement, and I can run, jump, make athletic moves, and am as fast as I was 15 years ago. So I went from…did want to go to the mailbox because of pain, to can workout every day as well as play tennis and now very competitive again because I have no pain and thus can move quickly. I am loving life as my quality of life is as it was when I was younger. Of course, I don’t have a limp now as well.

I had quite a few questions at during my visits with Dr Mohler. I felt he answered my questions providing me the information I needed to make informed decisions. His comments and recommendations were concise and to the point.

My visit was a total waste of time and money. Since my finger wasn’t broken, surgery wasn’t needed. Dr Mohler sat there looking over my hat and seemed insensitive about my discomfort and situation. I asked about a steroid shot, he gave me one, but no further suggestions from him. I ask about a diagnosis for my wrist pain, but didn’t get one.I am very disappointed. Bedside manners were missing.

My visit with this dr. was honestly the worst one I have ever had. He looked over my head or past me the whole time. He flippantly told me it I had mild arthritis and that the mri had been “over read” when it clearly stated otherwise. I was told to do more PT even though they had refused to work on me as they were sure it was a serious injury. His whole attitude was very arrogant. I had to delay getting the surgery I needed and had to endure pain, as well as waste time and money going to more unfruitful PT appointments before getting a second opinion. The 2nd hand surgeon took one look at me and confirmed a significant injury had taken place and I needed surgery asap. My advice is to stay away from Dr. Mohler.

I was out of luck with a bad wrist fracture a few days before Thanksgiving. Dr. Mohler was able to fit me into his schedule the night before the holiday, staying late to complete the needed surgery. I am so pleased not to have been in pain during the holidays, and now with the pin in place, no need for a cast or physical therapy. I can type and continue working, just a few days after the surgery, and no sign of a scar. Quite a knowledgeable surgeon.

The office is disorganized and the Dr just guesses what your diagnosis is. Wasted time and money

Dr. Mohler was professional and caring. Walked me through the process, so I understood what to expect. Surgery was very successful. (Right hip replacement) was walking first day after surgery with walker, after 1 week walking with no assistance. Highly recommended Dr. Mohler.

Looked at my sons hand with two fractures between his knuckles and gave him a splint. Two weeks later we go for a second opinion because pain is still so bad and find out he will have to have his hand re broken wired together and in a cast for FIVE months. Stay away far away! There's a reason he goes by two different names apparently.

My visit Complete waste of time. I left the exact way I came in with an offer of of a lidocaine shot & 6 weeks of therapy. Both of which I've tried in the past. MRI showed issues but were downplayed by Dr. Mohler. I explained to him I take a ridiculous abound of Ibuprofin since my injury in December & he said "be careful its bad for the liver" , his only alternative was the shot. Which would wear off in an hour. He is an exceptional surgeon, however he's very insensitive to his patients pain

He made his treatment decision before reading my MRI. I had to ask him to take a look at my MRI and read the report. He quickly glanced at it, then attempted to justify his lack of treatment decision by stating the MRI was of poor quality and did not provide him with the sectional view needed. What he didn't know is that the radiologist spent a considerable amount of time obtaining high quality study and it was useful to other surgeons. He did not do a full physical assessment of my extremity.
