After many appointments I absolutely still LOVE Dr Pekarek but the office staff at the practice where she has moved leave much to be desired. I loved the office staff & medical assistants at the other practice and I'm extremely grateful that she brought Krystal with her as she is wonderful. But, the rest of the staff at this current office is consistently abrupt, almost to the point of being rude. I don't know if they all hate their job, or there is something toxic about their work environment.
