I was most disappointed with the care and service of this practice. I made my appointment for the removal of a cyst. The doctor used very poor technique injecting the lidocaine. She caused me unnecessary pain then made fun of me for saying "ouch." She then only drained the cyst instead of removing the cyst. The appointment was made specifically for removal of the cyst. This whole episode was about 3 minutes. I have no assurance that the procedure was complete. I would not recommend.

I had a few spots I was worried about and went to Dr Stapp. She looked at them and blew them off as age, not real happy about that but then I made sure she new I had never been to a dermatologist before, thinking she should do a full body exam and she did not. Over the years I have spent alot of time in the sun and was hoping to leave the office confident that everything was ok and I did not!

I had high hopes, based on the reviews for this practice, but won't be going back. The skin check was too fast to be thorough (I am fair skinned with a lot of moles/freckles) and I had to call Dr. Stapp's attention to a few questionable areas after she skimmed over them. My questions about facial skin care were blown off - "Just get something from the drugstore with Retin-A." Overall, my appointment felt rushed, my questions weren't answered, and the doctor barely looked at my skin.

Dr. Stapp is an exemplary professional and brilliant Doctor/businesswoman. Dr. Stapp's kindness and caring are exceeded only by her gorgeous looks. Perfect 5 stars in all areas! Take it from one who has a high disdain for going to the Doctor. Oh and BTW, her staff surpasses all expectations with their warm greetings, gentle mannerisms and superior perfection and attention to the PATIENT. Now that's a first for me... In short, Dr. Stapp is an Angel! Do I recommend her? You bet!
