Dr. Rousseau was nice. Danielle was terrible.
Dr. Rousseau was nice. He suggested that I needed surgery on 2-13-24 but his helper Danielle never turned my papers until 3-12-24. I tried contacting her but she never had time to return my calls. The ladies at the front are very pleasant. 6 weeks later I’m still waiting for Danielle to contact me.

Good doctor
I’m a retired MD. Went with my wife who had an acute foot injury. Staff worked her in and were very professional. Dr. Rousseau was competent, professional, and pleasant. Explaining his plan, he did a steroid injection on her foot, fitted her with a boot and ordered an MRI. Excellent care with a minimum of fuss. Would highly recommend.

Staff Incompetence
Dr. Rousseau is competent, a bit hurried at times. However, the staff makes the process difficult. I have had some problems with their processing of requests for Orthotics. In the past, there interminable delays and “lost” paperwork. The latest fiasco was requiring my PC to fill out multiple forms, without advising me of their errors. When I called the staff involved, on three occasions, there was no return call until my PC called me to be sure that I knew he was not delaying the paperwork. When I called the office manager, she promised to look into it and call back the next day. You guessed it, nobody called. When I followed up 8 days later, the manager thought the original office rep had called. Indeed, the manager said I was called because she was told that.

From first phone call to explanation of aftercare my experience was above and beyond. His friendly , professional and compassionate staff made sure I was comfortable and informed. Dr. Rousseau carefully explained my condition, options and possible outcomes for each scenario. I am very happy with the treatment I received.

Dr . Rousseau and his staff are top notch. I hate visiting Dr.’s especially when you know your getting an injection. Dr Rousseau is very knowledgeable and wants you to feel better. Glad I went back in , after 1 month of foot pain less than 24 hours it’s gone. I feel great. Thank you .

I visited Dr Rousseau several times before getting a second opinion. I had bone spurs and the pain really affected my quality of life. My new Dr addressed my issues immediately. I am now pain free after getting a second opinion.

Dr Rousseau was so accommodating to my schedule. He was so friendly and seemed genuinely concerned about my needs, and not just my shattered big toe nail. Thanks Doc!

Dr. Rousseau in my opinion is incompetent. Dr. Rousseau did not seem to take my situation seriously. A few weeks earlier, at a local hospital, the toe had been diagnosed as being dislocated. When I saw Dr. Rousseau my toe was painful, red and swollen. Dr. Rousseau seemed totally indifferent to my situation and suggested I come back in perhaps 6 months. Today,March 15, 2019, I went to a different Podiatrist and found that my toe is in fact broken, and I will be having surgery to repair it.

New to the area, called on Thursday and was able to get into the office quickly on Tuesday. Dr was very prompt, knowledgeable about diabetes and nerve pain in foot. As well as hammertoes. I look forward to working with his office.

I had so many problems with this office. First they never scheduled my appointment so when I went to confirm the day before they had no clue I was even a patient. So they scheduled a new appointment, when I showed up they didn't have any record of my appointment again. This office is absolutely ripping people off. An ingrown toenail procedure should not cost $500. Doctor was in the exam room no more than 15-20 minutes. In terms of the actual treatment it was also subpar. The doctor killed ha

Dr Rousseau is an amazing, caring and thoughtful doctor. I was amazed how fast the office staff was able to get me in for an appointment. He took great care of me as well as staff while dealing with a pesky foot injury. I would recommend him to anyone with a foot problem! I'll for sure be back with any new problems I have.

Dr. Rousseau was brought in to consult on my wife after she was admitted to the hospital for a non-healing foot wound. He entered with apparent attitude of my wife being a drug seeker. He told us she had no infection, yet kept her on antibiotics, very lazy starting virtually non treatment plan. We went to another hospital, and she was admitted for 13 days, and now has a wound vac (which she is tolerating very well), and PICC line for home antibiotics. Take yourself and loved ones elsewhere

My husband became a patient of Dr Rousseau while he was in the hospital. Dr. Rousseau came to check on my husband every day of the month he was in the hospital, he referred my husband to other doctors for other related issues but always kept an eye on what was happening with my husbands care. My husband had already had toe amputations when he was going to the VA, but Dr Rousseau's care was 1000% better, and continues as my husband sees him in his office.
