Terrible person/terrible care
Dr. Ostler didn't diagnose a heart condition during pregnancy and I almost died and was placed on life support. Terrible doctor, terrible care.

I had a great experience with Dr. Ostler. She was patient and attentive. I saw her for all my prenatal visits, but I would have liked to have here there for the birth. She delivers at the University of Utah hospital, which I cannot recommend. It is a learning hospital and so it is very busy with too many people coming and going. I recommend Dr. Ostler though.

Dr. Ostler is 100% hands down the best doctor I have ever had. If you have a problem she will not quit until it is better. She genuinely cares like no other doctor. I have never once felt rushed and she always asks the right questions to make sure she knows exactly how to proceed. I cannot wait until my schedule allows me to go back to her.

I really liked Dr. Ostler. She was kind, professional, thorough, and thoughtful before performing surgery. She explained procedures and so forth in a way that I could understand. She was willing to discuss options and concerns and spent the time I needed to make me feel comfortable with having a hysterectomy. I was sad when she left the Rocky Mountain practice.
