Ignores patients concerns, missed important dx
abnormal pap smear, she seemed unconcerned, said it was nothing. later went to another dr and was told i had a sti for years and my prev pap smear should have caught it. shes rude, apathetic, and unhelpful, recommends weight loss & exercise for every ailment even when it doesnt apply. should probably complete sensitivity training a few more times
