She truly loves what she does and she should because she is the best! My cataract surgery, one in each eye, was done with the utmost precision and little discomfort. Every time I go into my appointment I marvel at her ability to make me feel like I'm her only patient. Dr. Kanda just completed two cataract surgeries, I was very impressed with her and the professional staff. Everything was explained clearly and I felt I was part of the decision process. Dr. Kanda personally called later in the day after each of the surgeries to see how I was doing. I couldn't have hoped for a more caring, skilled and dedicated physician. I highly recommend her.

After doing a reasonable amount of research, Dr. Kanda became my first choice for a opthamologist .....After my first visit I was impressed with her thorough examination of my eyes and her willingness to answer all my questions. And when I say all, I mean all. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and never once did she get defensive about any of my questions.

Dr. Kanda is the absolute best ophthalmologist in the Valley. Her patients love her (which is evident when they all rave about her while we're in the waiting room). She calls you personally whenever the need arises which is practically unheard of these days. Had cataract surgery in both eyes and Dr. K was a consummate professional. She is also one of the nicest doctors I've every seen.
