Very Helpful!
Dr. Golden really takes the time to sit down with me and go over different options for my weight loss journey. We discuss the newest medications, lifestyle changes and she offers a lot of suggestions on how to reach my goal. Almost 40 pounds down and 15 more to go!!--

Great Experience
I have been working with Dr. Golden for the past few months and she is very personal, professional and informative! Provides great insight and offers suggestions from her own experience. Weight management
I have been seeing Dr. Golden since June 2022. At my first appointment, she took the time to listen, review my labs and put together a plan to start me on my wellness journey. I was able to lose over 40 pounds (and keep it off!) and my labs are within normal limits. Dr. Golden is board certified in both Family and Obesity Medicine. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. I would not be where I am in my wellness journey without Dr. Golden. I highly recommend Weight in Gold!

Life changing
I started seeing Dr. Golden a little more than a year ago. At each visit she’s taken her time to listen to me and encourage me without judgment. Since working with Dr. Golden I’ve lost over 30 pounds and finally feel like I have a path to living with a healthy weight.

Weight Management
Dr Golden has been working with me for about 6 months on my desire to drop the pounds and become more mindful. I love that she is just like me. She’s been on the journey herself and can relate without reprimand. She is very patient with me and my slow behavior changes. I know i wouldn’t be where I am without her!
